The New Inn has been our home since 1987, during which time it has been lovingly and carefully refurbished with a fine blend of old and new to retain the characteristics of this 18th Century coaching inn where you will experience a warm and friendly welcome. In the Main Bar, there is a collection of caving cartoons by Jim Eyre, one of the local early cave explorers. In the Lounge Bar, there are many tapestries all done by Barbara and several New Inn themed cartoons by Lakes cartoonist Ken Mosley. The restaurant has original paintings, several having a West Riding industrial theme
