Welcome Lodge Charnock Richard. Known to locals as the Gateway to the North. An ideal rest stop for customers travelling to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Scotland. We have currently installed new 21 inch TV's with all five terrestrial channels along with Sky One, Sky Sports 1, 2, 3 and Sky News. Pay movies are available now. The Lodge offers a fully licensed restaurant and bar (one of only 2 Welcome Lodges that are licensed). The bar is open 7 days a week and restaurant open every day except Sunday. The Lodge also offers a hot full English buffet breakfast served until 10:00am each morning. All 85 rooms are en suite with power shower and deep bath, all rooms feature Sky TV with Sports 1, 2 and 3, trouser press, hairdryer and hot drinks caddy. This Lodge is one of the older ones of the group, providing excellent value for money and service that is second to none
