The new owners, who have a wealth of experience as hoteliers, have vastly renovated the hotel to the same high standards as its sister hotel, Lamphey Hall in Pembrokeshire. As such The Rat Trap has been transformed into an elegant yet comfortable country style hotel, offering excellent accommodation as well as wonderful à la carte cuisine.
