A small but very friendly family run hotel in the centre of Ambleside. Private car park, complimentary use of a local leisure club, with swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. Good breakfast selction including fruit, cereals, yoghurt, and vegetarian selection, and all the normal hot breakfast choices, cooked and served by Anthony and Christine. Close to the bus routes, convenient for walking, cycling, fishing and generally enjoying the beauty of the Lake District. We can now offer free use of the surrounding fishing waters, check the WAADA web site for more details. Presently there is building work around us, but this will make no difference to your stay. We are still able to offer some of the best accommodation at the most reasonable price
