De Vere Venue Barony Castle, an imposing Scottish Manor House, located just 35 minutes south of Edinburgh on the edge of the Scottish Borders. Set in 25 acres of mature gardens and woodlands, and offering magnificent views over the surrounding countryside, the castle combines all the elegance and warmth of a traditional Scottish manor house. Barony features an Azure Health and Fitness Suite with an indoor pool, sauna, spa bath and gymnasium. From the North: Depart A720 Edinburgh City bypass at the Lothianburn junction and follow signs to Peebles on the A703. On reaching Eddleston village take 1st right at the Horseshoe Inn (signed Lyne via Meldons). Follow this road for approx 200 metres. The entrance to Barony Castle is on your right. From the South West: Follow the M74 and exit at Moffat and follow the A701 to Edinburgh.
