This modest detached property can be found on a quiet tree lined street within minutes of Southbourne’s Blue Flag beach. The splendid promenade (stretching all the way to Bournemouth East Cliff and West Cliff beaches) can be accessed using the zigzag path or the cliff lift. And should you find yourself craving company, nearby Southbourne Grove has heaps of independent shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
The hotel is smartly presented with some attractive period features including a stunning Minton’ tiled hallway.
The eight guests rooms are available on two floors and come equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and Freeview Televisions. FREE broadband Wi-Fi is also available for to guests.
A good mix of rooms are available including the 'Holly' - a super/king or family bedroom, the 'Silver Birch', a king-sized double bedroom and the 'Yew' which is a wee, single bedroom. Partial sea-views are available in the Maple bedroom.
