I don't know about it being the 'one of the coolest hotels in the world' as one traveller described it, but this it must rank as one of Cardiff's most central and most eccentric hotels. You'll find it on Bute Terrace opposite the Motorpoint Arena backing onto Newtown (or 'little Ireland' as it was known at one time). The Big Sleep is a flexible budget option with a boutique heart.
