The hotel can cater for special occasions of up to 200 plus. 2 meeting rooms are also available; one with a capacity of 17 and the other for 35. The building was once the home of The Marquis of Lothian, who constructed a pathway leading down through the beautiful 2 acre garden to St Andrew's Parish Church the largest Parish Church in Surrey. The present owners have plans to further landscape this area. The Marquis is also reputed to have formed the first ladies cricket team in Farnham. Up until 1919, the hotel was also used for the education of Anglican Clergy.
