Boasting all the charisma of the theatre and the magical, musky charm of Alladin’s Cave, this Kemp Town option offers a right royal experience.
The Red Brighton Blue certainly offers a memorable experience. The giant four-poster beds, chandeliers and high corniced ceiling combine to produce a standard of opulence more commonly associated with Liberace’s Hollywood Hills Mansion; the rooms lacquered in rich upholsteries, plush velvet fabrics and gold-framed portraits. There is however a fun and affectionate dimension to all this: the elaborate pomp and circumstance retaining all the charisma of the theatre and the magical, musky charm of Alladin’s Cave.
It’s an acquired taste admittedly but the fresco walls and the silk covered replica of Queen Victoria’s bed make good on the pledge of providing an immaculate and entertaining boutique experience – R4U
