The River Misbourne also plays rather a central role and there's also a 13th Century Parish Church.

This pleasant residential property enjoys an attractive wood side location in a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac. There are two en suite bedrooms available: a king-size guest room on the ground floor looking out onto the park like garden and a double room on the upper floor which provides some stunning views of sunsets from the large bay window.

Both guest rooms have armchairs and a work desk. There is a well-stocked refreshment tray with home made cake or biscuits, radio alarm clock , hair dryer, LED flat screen TV with Freeview. FREE Wifi is alos provided as standard.

A continental breakfast is included in the Cherry Trees's room rates and features freshly squeezed apple juice, a selection of cereals and yoghurt plus a generous platter of fresh fruit salad. There's also a specially prepared 'Bread basket featuring a choice of home made bread, croissants and home made preserves. A Cooked Breakfast is available for a nominal fee of £5.

Amersham is steeped in history. Did you know that nearby Woodrow Manor House was once the family home Olver Cromwell. You can learn more about this at Amersham Museum, located in the Tudor hall house in Old Amersham High Street.
