This is a small but perfectly sweet little guest house just off Edgware Road in a quiet crescent shaped terrace. It’s a little old fashioned in some respects but it has a considerable amount of heart and the three en suite bedrooms now benefit from free broadband wireless. The guest house sits in a good safe neighbourhood and there’s useful Tesco Express nearby. The hostess is friendly and adaptable and a first class continental breakfast is served in the mornings. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom, with a bath, a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Other features include balconies, flat-screen TVs and tea/coffee making facilities.

There’s a cat and a dog both friendly on the premises so bear this in mind if you find animals a bit of a turn-off. This is a cosy budget option and exceptional value for the location – R4U
