Smooth and easy budget accommodation just off Junction 28A of the M8/Erskine Bridge in Abbotsinch, halfway between Paisley and Renfrew.
This remains one of the UKs busiest airports and although budget hotels are a rare beast in any city, Premier Inn have an endearing habit of providing clean, comfortable and cheery accommodation whatever the location.
As usual this cosy and affordable option enjoys a terrific situation just off Junction 28A of the M8/Erskine Bridge in Abbotsinch, halfway between Paisley and Renfrew and little more than a few minutes from the main passenger terminal. The motorway location also makes the hotel ideal for those want immediate access to the City Centre, which is just 9 miles east.
Full English breakfasts and a flaming grill boost the brand’s famous minimal approach and the adjacent Braehead Shopping Centre and Phoenix Leisure Complex add a tasty holiday dimension
Let's face it; there are worse places to have an airport. Ben Lomond and the Trossachs National Park are just a short drive away (about an hour on the A81) and there are no shortage of Golf Courses either, the closest being the 18-hole Barshaw Golf Course which is a few minutes down the road
Our feeling is this: if you have half-a-day either side of a flight, then the Premier Inn Paisley could be a timely little arrival – R4U
