Flawless gourmet treat just a stroll from Bristol Old Town. Blu by name but not by nature, the city's tallest bolthole enjoys some magificent views of the waterfront.
The Old Town might not have garnered quite the same reputation as that in Edinburgh, but its charming all the same. The area dates back to the 1600s and Kings Street in particular, just south of where we are is teeming with Listed Buildings and English Heritage sites of interest. There’s also no shortage of ‘boozers’. As you’d expect, this is a prodigious and lavish affair. The Old Town is just a stroll away and as Bristol’s tallest hotel, the Radisson Blu enjoys some outstanding views of the city centre and of the waterfront around Broad Quay.
