This is a cosy, well-presented guest house just a mile or so from the City Centre (about 10 minutes or so along Lower Bristol Road (A36). Bath Spa train Station is on the opposite side of the bank near Brunel Square, so be prepared for a good 15 minute walk. There's a strict no-smoking policy here so if you are a smoker please play by the book.
