The bar is designed with a split level creating a grand sense of space and style and decorated in provocative, contemporary style to the tastes of young and old customers alike. Tended by some of Scotland's best and most creative 'mixologists', a menu of cocktails, combining beloved classics and exciting new creations. Please note: starting on the 13th September 2010 until the 31st March 2011, the Chez Roux restaurant will be closed every Mondays Tuesdays, for both lunch and dinner. However bar meals will still be served throughout the afternoon until 10pm in the bar.
