The bad news? What you gain in terms of room rates you may lose on paying for parking. The Good news? Travel to Harrogate by train and this could be the cheapest option.
The Travelodge provides bright, breezy and cheerfully basic budget accommodation in the City Centre, one of England’s most memorable and colourful spa towns.
Situated just off Parliament Street behind the Royal Baths, the hotel offers 46 spacious en-suite bedrooms ideal for Christmas shopping trips and grabbing bargains in the January Sales.
Because of its central location, the hotel does absorb some of the hurly-burly from the very lively restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity at weekends. Terrific value all the same and perfect for short stopovers.
Guests should bear in mind that the Travelodge sits in the town’s one-way road system. Parking at the Montpellier car park next to the hotel can be a tad expensive for 24 hour parking. More parking is available at the Jubilee Car Park - 3 mins away
