Windmill Inn

Situated within the charming hamlet of Chatham Green in the very heart of rural Essex yet only 10 minutes from Braintree and Chelmsford and 15 to Stansted the Windmill Inn offers our visitors a unique oppotunity for a relaxing stay whether it be on business or pleasure. We have 5 double and 2 twin rooms each comfortably furnished and decorated in a farmhouse style. All have en-suite shower and toilet, coloured television and tea and coffee making facilities. Also free WIFI throughout. Four of the rooms are built within the original roundhouse base of the windmill. The remaining rooms are located in the stable block and have been constucted using the exisiting 19th century hand made bricks. Visitors with wheelchairs are welcomed with 2 of our rooms offering ground floor access and facilities. Accommodation includes continental breakfast enjoyed in the privacy of your own room.
