Contrary to what the Monopoly boardgame suggests, you CAN build hotels on Marylebone and one of the most affordable of these is the Travelodge London Central Marylebone at Harewood Row. This is a great little option for overnight stays in London visiting the Sherlock Holmes Museum on Baker Street, Madame Tussauds or making timely connections at the famous station (just a 50 or so yards away). The rooms are not the most creative or inspiring in the world but the no-frills Travelodge approach means that energies occasionally focused on some very needless perks and gimmicks actually goes into running a high-traffic property in one of the most high-traffic areas in London. Bright, modern and rattling along with the pace of the Flying Dutchman steam train.

Since the opening of the Jubilee Line at Baker Street station Marylebone Village has become a much sought-after area of Central London. For train times and fare enquiries call London Marylebone Station on +44 (0) 20 77231714. The station is located just off Marylebone Road, in Marylebone, London. This road is a major road feeding the A40 (and thus the M40 motorway), the A41 and A5 (and thus the M1 motorway). Room4U takes on a number of last-minute unsold rooms we can get huge discounts on Marylebone hotels and cheap late deals, so DO please take advantage.
