Nearly all the room prices quoted at Room4U are exclusive Internet only discount prices secured by ourselves and consolidated by our booking partners with the hotels directly. Like any good agency, Room4U prides itself on bringing together some of the very best room rates from a solid variety of reputable travel merchants. When you book a hotel using Room4U you will using the official online booking representative for that particular hotel. Hotel staff take delivery of your reservation details electronically, based on the information you provide here. Instant email confirmations are sent with each reservations allowing you to confirm or cancel the booking. The mail also includes travel details and directions.

Facts:
1. Entering credit card details with sites verified by VeriSign and Thawte is perfectly safe.
2. It is only the hotel that is granted access to your credit card details. VeriSign and Thawte handle ALL necessary online credit and debit card bank clearances. Your details are handled exclusively by these merchants.

Superbreak and Active Hotels secure server is authenticated and certificated by Thawte.com. Venere's secure server is authenticated and certificated by VeriSign.com. Your details are also protected under the Data Protection Act.

Both Room4U and all her booking partners are committed to protecting your privacy and take our responsibilities regarding the security of your credit card information very seriously.

Active Hotels Ltd, Superbreaks and Venere - our marketing and technology partners, provide our online booking capability. When making a booking, your credit card information is sent to our partners via their secure server. They use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details so that your credit or debit card details cannot be read as they travel over the internet.

Your credit card information is then held on the secure database for only the duration of time it takes to allow us to process your booking and complete your stay. Your credit card data will be held no longer than 30 days after the end of the month of your departure from our hotel.
