We are small, privately owned and run by ourselves, offering twelve uniquely decorated guest rooms. Sadly there is no ground floor bedroom, so this might present a problem for those with mobility issues.

On the plus side the hotel has its own private car park and access is avilable on a 24/7 basis once guests have checked-in. Visit Britain awarded the Alvera Four Stars and it occupies a central location opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations.

The guest house offers all the facilities you'd expect and has a homely and friendly atmosphere. Evening meals are no longer available but there are over seventy restaurants within a five minute walk. There is a trouser press, iron and ironing board available.
