From the A12 South take the 1st roundabout from Gorleston 2nd exit. Follow road to T-juntion. Turn left and then 1st right into Clarence Road. At end of Clarence Road turn left onto Cliff Hill. Follow road around to the right and hotel is on the right about 50 yards. From the A12 North take the last roundabout for Gorleston 2nd exit. Then follow directions as above.
