This is a reasonable budget hotel, a little bit short on perks and facilities but practically located for travel.
It may sit at Junction 14/15 of the M1 Newport Pagnell Service Station but the Days Inn Milton Keynes East has no shortage of rural green spots to remind you that you are still in one of the prettiest areas in Bedfordshire.
Guests can rest up from their gruelling journeys north and south with a gentle stroll around nearby parks and gardens like The Wilderness and Great Linford Park.
Water enthusiasts might also like a trip to Willen Lake – one of several lakes in Milton Keynes. Gulivers Land, a small theme park; and the location of the Cathedral of Trees – is also nearby.
The Days Inn is also adjacent to a 24-hour food court. Spacious en-suite rooms, Free View TV, broadband WiFi, free newspaper, free parking and a licensed restaurant and bar serving a buffet style breakfast in the mornings.
