The village of Penton Mewsey (known to locals as The Pentons) is an attractive rural village just north of Andover. Brick and flint walls, cob walls and a century-spanning selection of cottages and pubs add a charming vintage character. There are also lovely walks to be enjoyed around the village's prized conservation area.

This family run B&B offers a home-from-home environment for guests working locally during the week. There are two guest rooms available: a Twin/Double Bedroom En suite Shower and W/C and a Twin/Double Bedroom with en-suite bath and shower & W/C. Freeview television and wi-fi are provided free of charge. Both bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard and enjoy a cosy, farmhouse character.

The cottage garden opens onto open countryside and there are several marked walks to enjoy around the village. Anglers may wish to bring their tackle as the owners can arrange fishing on the famous chalk streams. Garden Cottage enjoys easy access to the A303 and is great for travelers wishing to explore the Test Valley or spend a day shopping in the town.
