This 17th century farmhouse on the cosy, rural fringes of Amlwch has a fabulous reputation for food. An unforgettable experience.
The Lastra Farm Hotel couldn’t be better located. On the one hand you have easy access to the A5025 to and from the ferry terminal (which is perfect for business visitors on limited time) and on the other you have all the silky charm of the peaceful Anglesey countryside. The dining options are a treat with the chef and his team serving up everything from a tasty Home Made Steak and Ale pie to a Braised Welsh Lamb shank and everything in between.
The Farmhouse character is kept pretty much intact – although not at the expense of comfort and modern amenities. The gatehouse in the neighbouring annexe adds even more luxurious touches and there is a picnic and barbeque area to the rear of the property. It’s a hotel that is full of rustic charm – R4U
