King-sized beds, heavy drapes and thick double-glazing provide a firm buffer between you and the goings on in Norwich. Creeping up the premier division.
The Premier Inn enjoys a great city centre location just minutes away from the Playhouse and occupying a nice little wharfside location on Duke Street next to the River Wedell. Accommodation is smart but rather basic but any shortages of luxuries are more than made up for in cleanliness and the helpful, supportive nature of the staff. Whilst this smart and contemporary budget hotel doesn’t have onsite parking, free parking is available at St Andrews multi-storey car park just around the corner.
In contrast to several others in its group, the Premier Inn has a restaurant on site serving a tasty buffet breakfast and a solid range of evening meals. The back of the building is quieter for those light sleepers amongst you although the king-sized beds and double glazing make a good nights sleep more plausible than most city centre options – R4U
