You are going to be well and truly spoiled by Quebecs in Leeds, a tasty little boutique hotel near the railway station and the waterfront district.
In direct contrast to the occasionally garish and eccentric character that often mars the ‘boutique’ experience, this four-star luxury property achieves character and opulence but not at the expense of taste. The colour-schemes are natural and understated and although no two rooms are the same, Quebecs rejects the traditionally high-concept stylings in favour of pleasant yet memorable touches like Egyptian cotton bed linen, duck feather and down duvets and more practical add-ons like air-conditioning, complimentary broadband, DDI cordless telephones and mist free mirrors.
It’s the attention to detail that make boutique hotels like this so successful and the Gilchrist Soames toiletries, whilst excessive for some, work damn well in this context.
This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of the city. And unlike the Princes Exchange opposite, it’s not all achieved with mirrors – R4U
