You'll find the Victoria Bunkhouse in the hamlet of Bathesda on the A5, just before you get to Tregarth. The A5 will take you all the way into Bangor, so don't fret about being away from all the major bars and restaurants. It just takes about a ten-minute drive, that's all.

If you have your bikes or your hiking boots packed you're going to love it as it has bags of rustic character and some first-class modern ameneties. It's a simple affair and rooms have a pod-like atmosphere, based around a series of bunks and beds.

Rooms have a shared bathroom equipped with a shower and wireless broadband is provided throughout.

The hostel is part of a much larger pub restaurant, so you are unlikely to ever go hungry. Pets are welcome and there is a large storage area for bikes. terrific little budget option.
