Travelodge

3 star rating The Ginnel

Harrogate North Yorkshire HG1 2RB

The bad news? What you gain in terms of room rates you may lose on paying for parking. The Good news? Travel to Harrogate by train and this could be the cheapest option.

The Travelodge provides bright, breezy and cheerfully basic budget accommodation in the City Centre, one of England’s most memorable and colourful spa towns.

Situated just off Parliament Street behind the Royal Baths, the hotel offers 46 spacious en-suite bedrooms ideal for Christmas shopping trips and grabbing bargains in the January Sales.

Because of its central location, the hotel does absorb some of the hurly-burly from the very lively restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity at weekends. Terrific value all the same and perfect for short stopovers.

  • Located on the northern most tip of Valley Gardens just across the road from Parliament Street and the famous ‘Betty’s Tea Rooms’.
  • Harrogate Railway Station just several hundred yards away.
  • 24-hour parking available at the Montpellier Car Park neighbouring the Travelodge £15-25 per day – FREE from 12.00am to 8.00am/£2.00 per hour in the evening.
  • Cheaper parking available on Tower Street.
  • Opposite the Winter Gardens and a JD Wetherspoons restaurant live news, kids welcome, regular deals and offers.
