The Travelodge Central is a perky-priced option for stopovers in Sheffield. No on-site parking but plenty at adjacent Q Park (£7.00 for 24 hours). Located outside Sheffield’s bus and train stations.
With rates traditionally around the £30 mark, it’s difficult to really grumble about the Travelodge Sheffield Central, especially if you prefer unloading the lion's share of your coffers on sales at the nearby Meadowhall Shopping Centre or on the avenue of big department stores on the legendary Moor. This hotel is for busy people doing busy things which means the no-frills, no-thrills approach works adequately in this context. There’s even the bonus of having a bar/cafe on-site which is rare indeed, for Travelodge (it does breakfasts and your typical pub-grub menus for the remainder of the day). Good option if you:
