Tudor House

This is a great little option if you find yourself on a tight budget. The location of the hotel is excellent, just around the corner from all the popular haunts including the 1200-seater Marlowe Theatre in the Friars, the Cathedral at the Precincts and all the terrific boutiques and eateries on the High Street.

• Central location close to Canterbury High Street.
• Just a few minutes from all the major attractions including the Theatre, Roman Museum, St Augustine's Abbey and the Whitefriars Shopping Centre.
• Clean and comfortable bedrooms with some lovely period features including exposed Tudor beams.

The 500 year old Tudor House offers a good selection of bedrooms including single, double and family bedrooms. On the first floor you also get a couple of additional luxury options: the King's Room and the Queen's Room. Both rooms are little bit more spacious and you also get King-Sized beds. Please note some of the bedrooms are not en suite but there are private bathrooms on all floors.

Sadly there are no bedrooms on the ground floor and no lift available to guests, making the Tudor House a little unsuitable for those putting up with limited mobility.
