If youre not here to shop youre unlikely to fully appreciate the Ramada Birmingham City. The Mailbox is the citys landmark shopping, dining and entertainment centre, home to over fifty big brand stores, clothing boutiques and some rather tasty bars and restaurants. There are even three art galleries: the Artlounge, Castle Galleries and the Three White Walls Gallery. The Mailbox is also home to BBC Birmingham. If you are looking for low-cost and practical hotels in Birmingham, then this is a reasonable option.
Birminghams famous Bull Ring, situated between Moor Street Station and St Martins Square has been attracting retail addicts since the Middle Ages. If the bright lights of Broad Street and the city centre dont grab you, pay a visit the Local Tourist Centre on New Street to check out admission charges at Cadbury World and the Sealife Centre or phone +44 (0) 844 888 3883. The city can be accessed by car via Junction 6 of the M6.
As with all major cities, the more affordable options are offered by the likes of Premier Inn and Travelodge whilst chic and elegant options like the Malmaison Birmingham on Wharfside Street is pretty generous option if you are looking to pamper yourself a little. The on site Le Petit Spa Centre has a range of health and beauty treatments and guests also have free use of the weights and machines in the modern gym. By contrast, the Comfort Inn on Station Street is ideal if no-frills Birmingham hotels and cheap b&b properties are a desperate priority.
